If you have experience fixing machinery, fault finding or working in a fast-paced production environment, we''d love to hear from you.Day Shifts: 4 on/4 off 7am - 7pm What you''ll be doingAs a Technical Operator, you''ll be the first point of contact when production lines stop, using your mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills to get things moving again.Carry out mechanical fault finding, repairs and adjustmentsSupport line set-ups and changeoversRespond quickly to breakdowns and production issuesSupport PPM and work alongside the Engineering teamHelp identify ways to improve efficiency and reduce downtimeComplete quality, hygiene, HACCP and HandS checksCommunicate effectively with colleagues and lead by exampleHelp support and coach other operatorsWhat we''re looking forWe''re looking for a Technical Operator who is:Confident fixing machinery and carrying out fault findingPractical, hands-on and able to think calmly under pressureA strong communicator who can work well across different teamsComfortable taking ownership and showing leadershipExperienced in manufacturing, engineering or production - food/FMCG experience is desirableWhy join?This is an opportunity to become part of a ..... full job details .....
