This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong mechanical mindset and experience in a production or technical environment, who''s looking to take the next step in a stable and rewarding role.Shift Patterns Available:Day Shift (Annual Salary £32,000 - £33,000):Week 1: Monday - Wednesday, 7am - 7pmWeek 2: Monday - Thursday, 7am - 7pmNight Shift (Annual Salary £32,000 - £33,000 + £2,730 shift allowance): Week 1: Sunday - Wednesday, 7pm - 7amWeek 2: Monday - Wednesday, 7pm - 7am Key Responsibilities: Operate high-spec processing and packing equipment using recipe management systemsPerform regular equipment start-up, shutdown and maintenance proceduresEnsure all safety protocols (LOTO) and quality standards (HACCP, GMP) are upheldComplete and maintain production documentation including manufacturing and quality recordsCarry out autonomous maintenance activities including cleaning and inspectionsDiagnose equipment issues, understand mechanical structures, and address performance abnormalitiesApply problem-solving techniques (e.g. RCA, 5 Whys) to identify root causes and improve processesChampion continuous improvement ..... full job details .....
