The role involves operating machinery, carrying out minor technical adjustments, and supporting the engineering team to maintain smooth production and consistent product quality.Key Duties:Operate packing line equipment to achieve daily production targets.Carry out minor machine adjustments to maintain product quality and line efficiency.Identify and, where trained, resolve minor technical and mechanical issues.Escalate unresolved issues promptly to the engineering team.Support production teams during breakdowns by assisting with troubleshooting.Contribute to ongoing training and knowledge-sharing across the team.Operate as a production or machine operator when not carrying out technical tasks.Ensure all tasks are completed in line with safety, quality, and GMP standards.Requirements:Experience in a production or packing environment.Basic mechanical and technical understanding.Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.Willingness to learn and develop technical capability.What We Offer:Competitive salary with overtime available.Permanent, full-time role.Opportunity to work within ..... full job details .....
