This company are a rapidly scaling, venture-backed business focused on making solar and battery technology accessible to homeowners across the UK. With strong growth over the past year and increasing demand, they are expanding their operations function to support a growing installation pipeline.

In this role, you will take full ownership of the technical operations function, managing an in-house team while developing and optimising a national subcontractor network. You''ll play a key role in shaping processes, improving performance, and directly contributing to the company''s mission of decarbonisation.

The Role
* Own and manage the end-to-end installation and technical operations function
* Lead and develop a team of Technical Managers and Associates
* Build and manage a nationwide network of installers and subcontractors
* Improve operational performance through process optimisation, automation, and KPIs
* Drive cost efficiency across installation, labour, and hardware supply

The Person
* Experience in operations or installation environments (renewables, electrical, or similar)
* Strong technical mindset with the ability to learn and adapt quickly
* Proven leadership or management experience in a fast-paced or growing business
* Commercial awareness with the ability to manage costs and supplier relationships
