We are seeking a Head of Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSandT) to join the Site Leadership Team of a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving technical excellence across manufacturing, technology transfer, product lifecycle management, process optimisation, and continuous improvement. You will lead the MSandT function, partnering with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, and RandD teams to ensure robust, compliant, and efficient manufacturing processes for both existing and new products. Key responsibilities: Lead the site MSandT function and technical strategy. Drive technology transfers, new product introductions, and commercialisation activities. Support process optimisation, troubleshooting, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Partner cross-functionally to deliver manufacturing excellence and regulatory compliance. Develop a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence. Essentials: Degree in Science, Engineering, Pharmacy, or related discipline. 8+ years pharmaceutical industry experience.
