The role involves assisting with investigations and identification of defects and remedial works to-properties. The role will also oversee the progress of repairs projects being carried out by contractors.- 1. Undertake inspections and surveys following requests for repairs, including visits to tenanted properties to undertake surveys or to enable accurate programmes of work to be planned. 2. Provide specific advice with regards to, technical defects, damp, specification work, estimates and labour requirements and health & safety relating to project work. 3. Carry out any necessary contract documentation, correspondence and measurement/re-measurement as directed. Update repairs histories as required, maintain records of work undertaken and ensure that proper information is recorded and available for others to use. 4.
