It is envisaged that this role will be recruited on a permanent basis in due course.The Association currently manages a stock of c. 1,000 homes in 40 locations across Northern Ireland. Homes are mainly sheltered housing for older people living independently. The stock also consists of an increasing number of family homes through the growing newbuild programme.Your new role You will deliver an efficient and effective response maintenance service to ensure that the Association''s stock is maintained to the highest standards. This will include:- Providing a high level of service to Association tenants, responding promptly to maintenance queries, processing, allocating and issuing response work orders.- Undertaking pre and post-inspections of response maintenance works, ensuring repairs are undertaken within the appropriate response time.- Liaising with contractors, ensuring issues with repairs are dealt with efficiently, as well as monitoring the overall performance of the c...
