Technical Officer (Grants) (Ref 2026-145) Location: 2 Adelaide Street, Belfast The Technical Officer plays an integral role within a local grants area office in the delivery of technical aspects of applications for a suite of funding schemes across the private housing sector. These schemes are aimed at improving housing standards, improving energy efficiency and reducing fuel poverty and enabling persons with a disability to live as independently as possible and to remain in their own home. The current salary for this post is £32,597 - £36,363 per annum. We also have an excellent defined benefit pension scheme.
