As a member of the Assets Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission to uphold decent homes standards and contribute to our commitment to achieving future net-zero carbon targets.What You''ll DoIn this dynamic role, you will: Conduct stock condition surveys to inform our long-term asset management strategy. Complete technical surveys focusing on damp, mould, roofing, and more, providing essential data for our maintenance programmes. Liaise with contractors to ensure work is executed to a high standard while maintaining customer satisfaction. Undertake pre and post inspections to ensure all projects meet quality standards and timelines. Assist in managing planned improvement programmes, ensuring successful delivery and compliance with health and safety regulations.What We''re Looking ForTo excel in this role, you should have: Qualifications:- CSTDB (Certificated Surveyor of Timber and Dampness in Buildings) or CSDB (Certificated Surveyor of Dampness in Buildings) - or experience - ONC or NVQ in a construction-related field- BOHS P402 certification is desirable Experience:- Proven ..... full job details .....
