This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for food safety, quality, compliance and retailer relationships. Key Responsibilities:- Lead site food safety, quality and compliance activities.- Manage HACCP systems and BRCGS standards.- Lead customer, retailer and third-party audits.- Build strong relationships with key retail customers.- Lead and develop the technical and QA team.- Drive continuous improvement across food safety and quality performance.What We''re Looking For:- Technical Manager or Senior Technical experience within food manufacturing.- Strong BRCGS and HACCP knowledge.- Experience working with major UK retailers.- Proven audit and team leadership experience.- A hands-on, collaborative approach with strong stakeholder management skills.
