They are looking for someone with BRCGS, HACCP and food manufacturing experience and the business is equally focused on finding an approachable leader who can develop people, raise standards and build greater collaboration across the department.This is what you''ll be doing:Taking the lead on food safety, quality assurance, technical compliance and legal due diligence across the site.Maintaining and improving the company''s food safety and quality management systems, including the HACCP plan.Preparing for and hosting BRCGS, customer, accreditation and other relevant third-party audits.Leading and developing the Technical and Laboratory teams, including managers, supervisors, technicians and support staff.Working closely with Production, Warehouse and other departments to improve standards, behaviours and audit readiness.Investigating ..... full job details .....
