You will be joining a well-established precision engineering business where you''ll play a key role in a small, experienced team producing high-quality components for customers across the medical, motorsport, defence and aerospace sectors. This is an opportunity for an experienced Technical Manager to take ownership of customer relationships, quotations, quality standards and continuous improvement activities while working closely with the General Manager to help drive the business forward. This is what you''ll be doing:Managing customer accounts, handling quotations and acting as a key technical contact for customers.Processing orders and supporting production activities to help ensure projects run smoothly from enquiry through to delivery.Driving continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing and 5S principles.Monitoring quality standards and overseeing ISO 9001 compliance across the business.Working closely with the General Manager to support day-to-day operations within a fast-paced precision engineering environment.The experience you''ll need ..... full job details .....
