Technical Manager

Our client specialise in delivering a blend of both open market and affordable homes and have a high reputation for both quality and sustainability across the South West.- With a highly stable pipeline of new schemes, we are looking for an experienced Technical Manager to lead across multiple developments, managing design progression from planning through to completion.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee all design and technical deliverables from inception to handover
• Manage consultants, drawings, and specifications in line with programme and budget
• Ensure compliance with HA/Registered Provider specifications and design guides
• Support land, planning, and commercial teams with technical input
