We are seeking a design-led Technical Manager with strong client and stakeholder management skills to take ownership of a brand-new flagship scheme, overseeing all stages from early design development through to delivery on site. The ideal candidate will have proven RC frame experience and a solid background in managing complex technical design coordination across multi-disciplinary teams. Although not essential, exposure to High-Rise Building (HRB) applications, Building Safety Act compliance, and modern residential construction standards would be highly advantageous.
