Technical Manager

Our client is delivering a quality mixed tenure product across the Midlands area, incorporating traditional and modern methods of construction. We are looking to onboard a Technical Manager to support the team and offer management and hands-on skills where required. We are open to either Architecturally or Engineering biased individuals that can offer a minimum of 10 years of residential development experience, perhaps ideally within both SME and PLC businesses. Attention to detail and a thorough and committed working culture are a must, as well as the ability to liaise and integrate with other development disciplines.Ref: 3969SJ
