You ll be reporting into the Site Director, with visibility at group level, leading a team of 20+ across technical. It s a broad remit - roughly 70% customer-facing, 30% factory-facing - so you ll need to be as comfortable in front of retailers as you are on the shop floor. They don t need a manager.They need someone who knows what great looks like - and isn t afraid to raise the bar.
