We’re seeking a Technical Manager to join a growing Pre-Construction team. This is a pivotal role, managing the technical delivery of residential schemes from planning through to build completion. What You’ll Do Manage technical aspects across multiple residential schemes Oversee design coordination, statutory approvals, and ensure compliance with CDM and Health & Safety regulations. Manage consultant appointments, fee budgets, and design programmes. Drive value engineering, innovation, and continuous improvement. Ensure timely delivery of technical information to support tendering and construction. What We’re Looking For Strong experience in pre-construction/design management within residential or volume housebuilding.
