What You''ll Be DoingThe role''s primary focus will be on overseeing the site technical team as they perform quality checks on incoming raw materials and optimise formulations for new and existing products. You will also be expected to liaise with customers to develop and adjust products to their given specifications, as well as keep up to date with the relevant, new industry technologies as they appear. What You''ll BringEssentialEducated to a BSc or higher in Chemistry or another relevant fieldPrevious experience in organic chemistry and working with compositesDemonstrable experience in people leadershipStrong technical ability and an understanding of how to interpret and present complex data.Familiarity with Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality standards in laboratory and industrial settingsDesirableExperience working with thermosetting materials and injection mouldingExperience adjusting formulations to client specificationsYou can also send your CV through to Dylan Starling at: ..... full job details .....
