Technical Manager Location: Bermondsey Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 Skilled Careers are currently recruiting a Technical Manager for new phase of an RC Frame development for a rapidly growing residential developer, the technical manager will lead the scheme through to completion and will be expected to work autonomously alongside the project team. Skills and requirements Developer or main contractor experience essential Experience of working on large multi-unit RC frame residential projects Good/Excellent technical knowledge of both residential and commercial construction, together with a degree of flair for design The experience or the ability to understand the complexities of complex mixed use regeneration projects A working knowledge of Building Regulations, Code for sustainable Homes, NHBC (or the Warranty Provider required), Party Wall Awards and associated legislation connected with the construction industry To have good interpersonal communication, meeting and management skills essential in dealing with multi-disciplined teams ..... full job details .....
