This role is crucial in ensuring our packing station remains compliant, audit-ready, and aligned with customer, regulatory, and accreditation requirements. Day-to-day of the role: Oversee and maintain site-wide food safety and quality systems, including HACCP, BRCGS, Lion Code, RSPCA Assured, and organic accreditations. Ensure the packing station is always audit-ready for BRCGS, customer, retailer, and third-party audits. Lead and audit the site Quality Management System, ensuring all procedures and records are accurate, effective, and up-to-date.
