Technical Manager

Are you an experienced Project Manager, Operations Manager, Commercial Manager, Technical Manager or Proposals Manager?An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Technical Manager / Commercial Manager / Technical Support Manager to lead the technical and commercial delivery of a busy rotating equipment operation.This role will focus on being the front line with customers and the glue between cross functional teams to undertake quotations on projects, create proposals and support tender submissions.Ideal for someone with a strong background in pumps and rotating equipment who is looking to take the next step into a senior technical management position.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Technical Manager will manage the day-to-day operation of the workshop and field service teams.Oversee pump repairs, overhauls, inspections, alignment activities and performance testing.The Technical Manager will review technical assessments, repair specifications and engineering reports.Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.Support the preparation of quotations, repair proposals and tender submissions.Work closely with customers to provide technical advice and identify solutions.Drive continuous improvement, workshop efficiency and commercial performance.Build and maintain strong customer and supplier relationships.The Technical Manager will support business growth through technical consultations, site surveys and project opportunities.About ..... full job details .....
