Technical Manager

to take ownership of a major regeneration scheme. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-rise residential developments, contributing to the delivery of innovative and sustainable communities.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the design process from planning through to completion.

Manage the production and review of design information, ensuring compliance with building regulations, planning conditions, and project specifications.

Collaborate with external consultants and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate flow of information.

Provide technical input into procurement strategies and tender documentation.

Assist in managing risk, buildability reviews, and value engineering.

Support the site team during construction by resolving technical queries and issues promptly.

Oversee the discharge of planning conditions and statutory approvals in a timely manner.

Ensure all technical documentation, including OandM manuals, is delivered on time and in line with project requirements.

Requirements

Proven experience as a

Technical Manager

or

Senior Technical Coordinator

in residential development.

Strong knowledge of

high-rise construction

and building regulations.

Background in

architecture ,

engineering , or

design management .

Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working on major regeneration schemes and high-risk building projects.

Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

What’s on offer

Competitive salary of

£70,000 - £80,000

plus benefits package.
