TECHNICAL MANAGER Sidcup 50,000 - 55,000 DOE Monday-Friday, 8am-5pmFresh Produce Technical experts - this one''s for you!Are you a Technical professional with a passion for fresh produce who knows your BRCGS from your GAP analysis and your HACCP from your customer platforms?We''re looking for an experienced Fresh Produce Technical professional to join a busy technical team in Sidcup, working closely with the Head of Technical across customer, site and supplier-facing technical activity.This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety, covering everything from specifications and complaints through to audits, HACCP, technical systems and customer requirements.What will you be getting stuck into?CUSTOMER and SUPPLIER TECHNICALManage product and customer specifications and technical platformsHandle complaints, rejections, investigations and non-conformancesSupport supplier approval, due diligence and temporary specification managementApprove labels and packed-at-source productsLiaise with technical teams at source and visit suppliers when requiredVisit third-party packing facilities and support benchmarking/GAP analysisWork closely with commercial, procurement and customer teamsSITE TECHNICALMaintain policies, procedures and technical documentationLead internal GMP audits and manage corrective actionsSupport BRCGS, Red Tractor and LEAF complianceHost third-party auditsLead the site''s HACCP TeamCoordinate technical training and maintain training recordsPrepare and analyse data ..... full job details .....
