The role would suit an individual with a strong engineering bias , who is comfortable working across civil engineering, infrastructure, structural design, utilities and building regulations, while also understanding the commercial and programme requirements of a housebuilding environment. You will act as the technical lead for allocated developments, coordinating internal teams, external consultants, statutory authorities and contractors to ensure schemes are technically robust, commercially viable, compliant and deliverable.
