The Opportunity Due to continued growth and investment, our client is seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead its engineering and process improvement activities. Reporting to the Manufacturing Director, you will drive quality improvements, reduce scrap, improve yield, support new product introduction, and lead a team responsible for delivering technical excellence across the foundry. This is a key leadership role within a business investing heavily in technology, automation and future growth. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the Technical Department.
