Job Title: Technical Manager Salary : Upto 60k (depending on experience) Location : Perth We are looking for a Technical Manager who will work closely with the Technical Director. The Technical Manager will manage internal and external specification requirements, review packaging copy, and ensure accuracy across product information, a role where attention to detail and proactive thinking are essential. What you ll be doing: Managing all internal and external customer own-brand specifications Producing back-of-pack content Reviewing and signing off artwork with the Technical and Brand teams Maintaining product data across systems and platforms Supporting allergen management and validations Prepare for and manage audits and internal reviews Participate as an active member of the HACCP team Deputise for the Technical Director when required What you ll bring: A relevant qualification in Food Science or a related subject Experience in a technical or specification-based role within food manufacturing Strong understanding of packaging and labeling requirements Confidence working with internal teams and external partners Excellent attention to detail ..... full job details .....
