Enjoy working on exciting projects, collaborating with talented individuals, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.What You Will Do:- Lead, mentor, and develop the technical team, ensuring all processes and standards are consistently delivered to the highest level.- Provide expert technical support across departments, including production, travel, and events, ensuring operational needs and compliance requirements are met.- Prepare for and manage external audits, including BRCGS Food Standard and SALSA, maintaining documentation and systems for seamless performance.- Champion quality and continuous improvement by implementing, monitoring, and enhancing quality systems and processes.- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, conducting root-cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.- Conduct internal audits and manage verification activities, ensuring product integrity and compliance with food safety standards. What You Will Bring:- Proven experience in food manufacturing, specifically within High Care, High Risk, and Ready-to-Eat product environments.- Strong background in technical or quality management, with exposure to BRCGS, SALSA, and customer audit processes.- ..... full job details .....
