This is a varied role that combines customer specification management, audit leadership, compliance oversight, and team collaboration.You''ll be a key driver in ensuring compliance with industry standards including BRCGS and Red Tractor, while fostering a strong food safety culture throughout the business.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer and Product ManagementManage and maintain product specifications and customer requirementsMaintain temporary specification trackers and customer platformsOversee supplier approvals and due diligence documentationInvestigate and resolve complaints and product rejectionsSupport QC operations in the absence of the Quality ManagerConduct third-party packing facility visits as requiredApprove labels for packed-at-source productsLiaise with at-source technical teams and travel when requiredConduct benchmarking and GAP analysisSite and ..... full job details .....
