The ideal candidate will be a qualified electrician who has progressed into a supervisory or management position, bringing strong technical knowledge alongside proven leadership experience within commercial buildings or a similar facilities management environment. You will support the day-to-day operation of the site, manage frontline teams and contractors, monitor service performance and ensure high standards of health & safety and compliance.
