About the Role As Technical Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance, and innovation within the food industry. This position offers the opportunity to work with a dedicated team in an ever-evolving and sustainable business environment. The role will be very much factory focused. Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards, certifications, and retailer requirements. Oversee product quality - driving continuous improvement initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their technical and quality expectations are exceeded. Lead internal and external audits, ensuring full compliance with food safety, environmental, traceability, and health and safety standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and address technical challenges.
