About the Technical Manager job You will maintain and continually improve the quality management system in order to ensure compliance with legislative requirements for food safety, quality, integrity and legality. Key tasks Ensure the HACCP plan and prerequisite programs are effectively documented and reviewed at a necessary frequency. Maintain, update and review the specification database including third part specification systems. Manage all stages of the NPD procedure and ensure they are documented in order to provide evidence of compliance.
