We are proud to promote equality, embrace inclusion, and stand firmly against discrimination in the workplace.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage the daily operation of the Labour Department Helpdesk and engineering resource planning.Allocate engineers to reactive and planned works, ensuring contractual service levels are achieved.Monitor work in progress, maintenance schedules and fixed-price works to ensure timely completion.Maintain accurate records within the Corrigo system, including job updates, engineer information and management reports.Provide technical support and guidance to engineers and assist with tablet and system-related issues.Manage engineer availability, including holidays, overtime, on-call ..... full job details .....
