This is a key role within an established project team, offering the opportunity to take ownership of a significant phase of works on a multi-unit development. The scheme consists of several hundred units across multiple blocks and includes a basement element. You will be joining at Phase 2, with a well-structured team already in place. The Role You will take responsibility for coordinating design information across the project, ensuring technical compliance, buildability and programme alignment.
