What you’ll be doing:

Lead all technical and food safety functions across the site

Manage and develop the Quality Management System (QMS)

Drive compliance with BRC, HACCP, and customer codes

Support audits, investigations, and continuous improvements

Mentor and develop QA and hygiene teams

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience in food manufacturing technical management

Strong knowledge of BRC, HACCP (Level 3 minimum), and food safety legislation

High Care/High Risk experience and auditing skills

You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our technical function, working in a collaborative, supportive environment with a strong focus on quality.
