You''ll take ownership of technical strategy, process development and new product introduction, while driving continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.This is a highly influential position, working closely with senior leadership to develop future manufacturing capability, implement a new ERP system and support long-term business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a team of Design Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers and CNC Programmers.Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from concept through to production.Take ownership of manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, quality and safety.Develop technical strategy to support future business growth and increased production capacity.Lead process improvements using Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.Work ..... full job details .....
