Technical Manager

Technical Manager - High-Rise Residential
A leading residential developer is seeking an experienced Technical Manager to take ownership of a major regeneration scheme.
As Technical Manager, you will play a role in the delivery of this scheme. You will be responsible for managing all technical and design-related matters throughout the pre-construction and delivery phases, liaising closely with internal teams, consultants and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the design process from planning through to completion
• Manage the production and review of design information, ensuring compliance with building regulations, planning conditions, and project specifications
• Work with external consultants and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate information flow
• Provide technical input into procurement strategies and tender documentation
• Assist in managing risk, buildability reviews, and value engineering
• Support the site team during construction with technical queries and issue resolution

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Technical Manager or Senior Technical Coordinator in residential development
• Strong knowledge of high-rise construction and building regulations
• Background in architecture, engineering, or design management
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
