Technical Manager

CSS Recruitment are currently looking for a Technical Manager in Halstead.

As the Technical Manager the responsibility will be ensuring food safety and quality. Maintaining compliance against all third-party standards and be cirtical in the role of ensuring all food safety standards of which are compliant with EU and UK regulations and legislations.-

The client has made a commitment to customers to implement a high standard for their processing site. The Technical Manager will be integral part of achieving this declaration.

Candidate needs HACCP training.

Main Duties:

• Address, investigate and manage customer complaints. Prepare preventative actions and formal responses.
• Focus on hygeine and verification of hygiene implemented.
• Update and review HACCP.
• Communicate with suppliers and customers to ensure product quality.-
• Ensure attendance and communicate through the technical team update at weekly sales meetings and production meetings.
