Technical Manager

CSS Recruitment are currently looking for a Technical Manager in Halstead. As the Technical Manager the responsibility will be ensuring food safety and quality. Maintaining compliance against all third-party standards and be cirtical in the role of ensuring all food safety standards of which are compliant with EU and UK regulations and legislations. The client has made a commitment to customers to implement a high standard for their processing site. The Technical Manager will be integral part of achieving this declaration. Candidate needs HACCP training. Main Duties: Address, investigate and manage customer complaints. Prepare preventative actions and formal responses. Focus on hygeine and verification of hygiene implemented. Update and review HACCP. Communicate with suppliers and customers to ensure product quality. Ensure attendance and communicate through the technical team update at weekly sales meetings and production meetings.
