We are seeking a highly capable Technical Manager (or a driven Assistant Technical Manager) to oversee the technical lifecycle of our projects through both construction and post-construction stages.This role bridges the gap between design and delivery. You will take full ownership of services, warranty sign-offs, and contractor design elements during the build, while critically driving post-completion NHBC defect resolutions and asset adoptions.Key Responsibilities Asset Adoptions and Bonds: Progress road and water/waste-water asset adoptions; clear road bonds, manage sewer recoveries, and resolve statutory authority issues. Warranty and Sign-Offs: Collate design, environmental, and engineering data to secure NHBC technical sign-off and clear post-completion legacy defects. Contractor Design Elements (CDE): Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to assemble CDE packages supporting building warrant applications. Utility Coordination: Lead communication and design-to-installation coordination with multi-utility contractors to meet strict project timelines.
