The Opportunity: As a Technical Manager you ll play a key role in: Leading and continuously improving Food Safety and Quality Management Systems, including HACCP, BRCGS and customer-specific standards. Developing and supporting Technical, Quality and Hygiene teams, creating an environment where people can contribute, grow and perform at their best. Driving practical continuous improvement across food safety, product quality, hygiene, waste, customer complaints and operational performance. Building trusted relationships with customers, auditors, regulatory bodies and suppliers, while providing clear technical leadership across the business. Leading technical risk management, supplier quality, internal auditing, traceability, allergen management, environmental monitoring and corrective and preventative action.
