This is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing the technical and design delivery of our residential development programme and ensuring we continue to deliver high-quality homes and thriving communities.As part of the Leadership Team, you''ll work closely with our Construction, Commercial and Development teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, compliantly and to the highest standards throughout the development lifecycle.You''ll lead a team of Design Coordinators, Document Controllers and a Project Planner, providing clear direction while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability and continuous improvement.
