ACR are working with a successful house builder who are looking to recruit a Technical Manager to join their busy team. The role will see you operate from their Hertfordshire region who have a number of schemes located across the Northern Home Counties and Essex. The role will suit someone looking to step up from Senior Technical Coordinator. Duties include: Working closely with the Head of Technical to ensure a smooth handover from the land/planning appraisal process Managing the detailed design and all other Technical aspects of development from this point on. Liaising with appointed consultants to discharge NHBC Building Control conditions Attending planning consultation events and arrange pre-start drawing check meetings with internal departments to arrange for any revisions to be made to the working drawing packs as necessary.
