Ganymede Energy are seeking a safety-focused Technical Maintenance Operative to become a part of a growing business.

Our partner is a market leader in purpose-built student accommodation, providing over 10,800 beds across 34 sites in 21 cities throughout the UK. They collaborate closely to be the most trusted accommodation choice for students, ensuring a unique and inclusive experience where everyone feels they belong.

Technical Maintenance Operative Overview:

Salary: Basic salary £25,656

Shift Pattern: 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday

Bonus: 5% Bonus contribution

Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays

You will be provided with high quality tools, and a vehicle.

You will be a valued part of a well-established, growing team.

About you

• Full, clean UK driving licence
• Strong understanding of buidling services, statutory compliance, and facilities management best practices
