Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a Technical Logistics and Asset Controller to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a newly created role offering an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in inventory control, logistics, or resource management. The successful candidate will be a highly organised and proactive individual with strong attention to detail, particularly when managing documentation, audit trails, and compliance records. You will be responsible for overseeing goods in and goods out processes, so a good understanding of export documentation and procedures is essential. Duties include packaging and preparation of high value equipment for shipment. Occasionally, you may be required to drive company vehicles to transport equipment between sites, therefore a full UK driving licence is required. Key duties: Support inbound and outbound logistics, including booking in, booking out, allocation, returns and asset tracking across internal locations and customer sites. Support the management of storage facilities, ensuring appropriate handling, storage, packaging and security controls for company and customer assets. Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset registers and databases, ensuring traceability, compliance and audit readiness. Monitor stock levels for technical equipment, spares and components, supporting timely ordering and replenishment in line with operational requirements.
