A leading Facilities Management organisation is seeking a Technical Lifecycle Manager in Manchester to assess asset condition, develop lifecycle strategies and provide the technical evidence behind major investment decisions. The Role As the Technical Lifecycle Manager, you’ll: Develop short, medium and long-term asset lifecycle plans . Assess whether assets should be maintained, repaired, replaced or upgraded. Review M&E installations, PPMs, asset records and proposed works. Provide technical justification for lifecycle investment and expenditure . Audit maintenance activity and challenge decisions where required. Work with project teams, contractors and operational stakeholders to establish responsibilities and solutions. Ensure lifecycle decisions meet relevant legislation, technical standards and PFI requirements . Use CAFM and asset data to support planning, reporting and senior decision-making.
