What You ll Be Doing Leading and mentoring a collaborative engineering teamDriving sprint planning and prioritising backlog tasksOverseeing the development, testing, and deployment of software projectsEnsuring code quality, scalability, and engineering best practicesCollaborating closely with Product Managers and stakeholdersImproving engineering processes and delivery standardsDeveloping new features and supporting production systemsHelping shape modern, cloud-based technical solutions What We re Looking For 7+ years of software development experience3+ years in a technical leadership roleStrong expertise in PythonExperience with modern frameworks and engineering toolsStrong AWS/cloud experience (AWS preferred)Experience with Data Platforms, ETLs, or Data Science environmentsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsA proactive mindset with strong problem-solving ability Tech Environment PythonAWS CloudModern frontend/backend frameworksDevOps and CI/CD toolingData platforms and scalable architectures LocationHybrid West London, Hounslow (2 days per week onsite) Why Join?
