      <description>Location: Selly Oak | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Technical Lead with experience driving software engineering innovation and delivery ideally gained in a product led, scale up or SME environment is sought by a multi award winning vehicle management and technology solutions company based South Birmingham.  With hugely exciting growth plans over the coming months this Technical Lead will play a key role in shaping the technical output of the engineering team driving innovation and new product development whilst working with the board to a build a technical roadmap that will form the backbone of organisational growth.  This role would suit a Technical Lead or Engineering Manager with hands on system architecture and design capabilities across the Microsoft stack (.Net, C#, Dynamics 365, Power platform etc) with the ability to champion new AI enabled product development.
