This is a rare opportunity to secure a long-term contract engagement (2+ years) on a high-profile programme, providing technical leadership across engineering, cloud, integration, and data platform initiatives.The successful Technical Lead will combine strong hands-on technical expertise with leadership capability, helping to shape architecture decisions, guide engineering teams, and drive delivery of complex data-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities Provide technical leadership across multiple engineering and data workstreams.Lead solution design, architecture reviews, and engineering best practices.Manage and mentor technical teams, providing line management and technical coaching.Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.Drive delivery of cloud-native platforms, integrations, APIs, and data services.Work closely with Product, Architecture, Data Engineering, and DevOps teams.Support engineering standards covering CI/CD, testing, observability, security, and operational readiness.Lead technical decision-making and resolve complex engineering challenges.
