The role offers a great combination of design, product development, customer interaction, testing and hands-on engineering, giving you the opportunity to have a real influence on products and the wider technical direction of the business. Crucially, this is a role with a long-term succession plan. The successful individual will work closely with the current Technical Director, gradually taking on greater responsibility with the potential to ultimately take over the technical leadership of the business.
