This is a hands-on role combining production coding with technical leadership. Joining an early engineering team with established backing, you ll shape the architecture, guide delivery and support the engineers building the platform. The role Reporting to the Head of Engineering, you ll remain actively involved in development while providing technical direction. You ll resolve complex problems, review code, mentor colleagues and help establish high engineering standards. AI coding tools will be central to your workflow.
